  1. Spend time with love ones

Self care doesn’t have to be spent alone. Enjoy time with family or friends. I love having friends over for dinner. We had friends over for dinner and it was just what we all needed. Relax and enjoy time.

  1. Cozy date night

Enjoy a night of making a cup of hot chocolate, playing board games together or cuddling up and enjoying some of your favorite snacks while watching a movie or show together. Need some board games check out our benable board with some great date night board game ideas.

Here are some great diffuser blends to help bring up moods.

  1. Listen to an audio book or podcast

This is another one that is easy to do throughout the day. I have started listening to podcast during school pickups.

  1. Create a cozy space

This honestly doesn’t have to be fancy. For me I made a work corner in the basement with just my stuff to work and craft all in one area. It can also be a new sitting area with a cozy blanket and a space to escape to. Add some fairy lights to set the cozy space.
