Simple Holiday Lantern Decor for Any Room

My mom has the perfect decor Lantern for this DIY decor piece and I always love how she adds more into it for each holiday. She let me know she got hers from Hobby Lobby a couple years ago. Fall Decor Lantern:

This is the perfect decor piece for Fall/Thanksgiving. When you think of fall you probably think cozy. And that’s what I think of when I see this lantern with the battery operated candles and pumpkin filler. I love this little DIY project because there is no wrong way to put it together. Do it however you like using whatever you like.

What we used-

• Battery operated candles
• Pumpkins
• Fall foam glitter (You can find this at the Dollar Tree or at Hobby lobby in the Thanksgiving Holiday section)
• Fall bow for the top

Place however you like in the bottom of your lantern add your fall themed bow to the top! Now you’re ready to sit back and relax while it glows.

Christmas Decor:

There are so many ways that you can use your lantern for Christmas decor. Here are some ideas. You can add snowmen decor pieces into it, a little Santa display, Christmas bulb ornaments or even add little small village pieces into them. Add some fake snow and twinkling fairy lights for the perfect piece to add to your Christmas decorations.
