• Play-Doh: Red or green works best to make your apples look realistic, but honestly, any color will work!

How to Play Apple Letter Smash Game

Now that you have everything set up, it’s time for the Apple Letter Smash fun to begin! This simple activity combines letter recognition, fine motor skills, and letter tracing all in one playful game.

1. Pick a Letter Card- First, choose one letter card from your deck. Next, take a small ball of Play-Doh and place it directly on the matching letter on your Apple Letter Smash sheet. Once you have it in the right spot, smash the Play-Doh down onto the letter! 
2. Find &Trace the Letter– After you smash your Play-Doh, head over to your letter tracing sheet. Find the same letter you just smashed and use a marker to trace the letter. This is a great way to practice recognizing and forming letters while having fun! 
3. Keep Smashing & Learning– Finally, keep picking new letter cards and repeat the steps. Find the matching letter, smash your play-doh, and then trace it on your tracing sheet.
