Apple Nachos: A Sweet and Simple Treat
Apple nachos super easy to make and delicious!
With Thanksgiving coming up this is a great dessert that you can take to that next get together. Or just have a great evening snack to enjoy with your holiday movie. These apple nachos where a big hit with my kids and husband. Let’s be honest you don’t have to make it big and fancy. Use what ever you might have at your house.
What you need:
- 2-3 apples of your choice (If your taking this to a party you will want more)
- Chocolate
- Caramel
- Toppings
Some topping ideas:
- Nuts
- M&M’s
- Sprinkles
- Chocolate Chips

This recipe is honestly so easy to make and its all up to you what you want on it. We went simple for our apple nachos. When your a nut allergy family we had to leave some of the topping suggestions off. But it was still delicious and everyone love it. My 11 year old son told me, “Now this is heaven in a bite”
Step 1:
First you start by cutting your apples. I found that using an apple slicer was easier and then I would take those slices and slice them in half. As you can see from the pictures I took the skin off half of the slices so that it was easier for my 2 year old to eat. That is honestly up to you if you want the skin on the apples or not.

Step 2:
Next you will lay out your apples on your plate or tray. It doesn’t matter how you do this. I did a simple line of skinned apple and line of no skin apples. Nothing fancy. I have seen people on Tik Tok do circles around a plate.
Step 3:
Finally, now its time to top the apples with the chocolate and caramel. For this step you can us jar or squeeze bottle. I used what I had so I melted chocolate chips for our chocolate and squeeze bottle caramel. After you have your liquid topping on now its time to top it with the other toppings. We did chocolate chips and sprinkles for ours.
