Busy moms, this one’s for you! This is the lunch printable we used to make packing bento boxes a breeze. Last year, I started highlighting the options we had on hand, and each night my 4th grader would circle what she wanted for lunch the next day. It was such a lifesaver during those chaotic school weeks! She’s a pretty picky eater, so truthfully, we ended up rotating through the same favorites over and over. But hey, if it works, it works! This little system gave her some control and took the guesswork out of our evenings.

A couple changes we will make this school year
This year we’re making a couple small changes to our lunch system—especially for my 5th grader! I’ll be highlighting everything we have available in the fridge and pantry, and from there, she’ll get to pack her own lunch. I’m excited to give her a little more independence and let’s be honest… that’s one less lunch for me to pack each night!
