Budget-friendly and easy to make

Bubble pizza

I love to make this bubble pizza for busy nights or on days that I have a lot of kids at our house hanging out. So easy to throw in a pan and taste amazing. This recipe is super budget friendly which is nice right now with groceries being so crazy. This recipe can be made for under $15! Which feeds my family of 7 with leftovers.

Let’s make pepperoni bubble pizza-

You only need a couple items to make this recipe but you can add more to make it your favorite pizza. You will need:

  1. 2 cans of biscuits. You don’t want to use grands; it will take longer to cook and your cheese will burn. Yes that happened to me once and the kids won’t let me forget that.
  2. Mozzarella Cheese or your favorite cheese. We love to use Italian blend cheese for ours.
  3. Pizza sauce
  4. Pepperoni or any of your favorite pizza toppings.

Here comes the simple part

  1. Cut your biscuits into 4 pieces. If you have smaller kids I like to cut mine in 6 pieces. For this part I like to use a pizza cutter to make it go faster.
  2. Put all your biscuits into a greased 9×13 pan
  3. Top with jar of Pizza sauce to your liking
  4. Sprinkle with cheese
  5. Add your pizza toppings
  6. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes
  7. Enjoy!
