Quick and Easy Weeknight Dinners

As a busy mom of 5 I love easy meals. When I make these plans I keep my easy meals for the weekend and more complicated meals for the weekend when I have more time if we don’t have hockey games. I have picky eaters so I modify recipes to their liking. Feel free to do that too. My kids also love when we do theme week days. On our meal plan you will notice that.

  • Monday– Breakfast for dinner 
  • Tuesday– Taco Tuesday inspired meals
  • Friday– Crockpot recipes (This is a busy night for us so I need meals ready when we get home)
