For our spring break staycation, we’re heading to Seven Falls. I haven’t been in a long time and have been wanting to take the kids to. Focus on the Family in Colorado Springs is one of our favorite places to visit on a colder day. It’s fun, family-friendly, and best of all, free! The kids absolutely love the three-story slide, and we all enjoy the beautifully decorated kids’ area that makes the space feel so inviting and whimsical. There’s plenty to do, from exploring the play areas to discovering hidden details in the themed rooms. One of our favorite activities is the scavenger hunt. Be sure to complete it and stop by customer service for a special prize! It’s the perfect place to spend quality time together while staying warm and having fun.
Explore Space Foundation Discovery Center
The Space Foundation Discovery Center in Colorado Springs is high on our list for this year’s staycation, and we can’t wait to experience it as a family! We’ve never been here but it looks like an incredible place. It’s filled with hands-on exhibits and exciting learning opportunities for all ages. From space exploration to interactive STEM activities, it seems like the perfect mix of education and fun. We’re especially looking forward to diving into the exhibits and sparking curiosity. This is definitely going to be an unforgettable stop on a staycation.
