This is a new recipe to our blog. My family fell in love with this meal the first time I made it. Everyone cleared their dishes with no fighting. Which was amazing. This reminded us of Chipotle that can get pricey for our family.

Lazy Enchiladas-

This is a 3 ingredient meal that has become a favorite meal in our dinner rotations. The main ingredients are your favorite taquitos which you can find on sale often. I buy ours at sams where I pay less and can get 2 dinners out of them. What I love about these enchiladas is that you can do different combos so it’s never the same. We love the chicken with flour shells topped with green enchilada sauce.
