With our family plan this month we made it up with simple dinners but also kid friendly meal ideas that we love. I have one very picky kid and she enjoys most of these dishes. My kids love when we have theme nights and I’m not complaining because it makes planning easier. Our themes are:

Our healthier option meal plan is thoughtfully crafted by my mom Vickie, who puts great care into selecting nutritious ingredients and balanced meals. These are meals that I love to make ahead for lunches during the week. Helps me stay on track on busy summer days.
