I know this one’s a little late. Vacation mode had us in full swing! But now that the suitcases are unpacked and we’re back to reality, it’s time to catch up and get meals back on track. July might be a week but there’s still plenty of time to simplify dinnertime and make the rest of the month smoother. Whether you’re juggling camps, late summer nights, or just trying to keep everyone fed without losing your mind, this easy meal plan is here to help. Let’s make the second half of summer a little less stressful and a lot more delicious!

If you’re new here, welcome! One thing you’ll quickly notice is that our family meal plans are all about keeping things simple, realistic, and picky-eater approved. With a house full of hungry kids, I’ve learned that sticking to familiar flavors and easy prep is key. To make planning even easier, we follow weekly theme nights—like Taco Tuesday, Pasta Night, or Sheet Pan Sundays. Not only does it cut down on the guesswork, but my family actually looks forward to dinner. It’s a rhythm that works for us and keeps me from staring blankly into the fridge at 5 p.m.
