Make it a meal:

Taco Bites

There are some great ways you can turn this into a full meal on a busy night. For example, we love throwing Spanish rice into the Instant Pot because it cooks up quickly and pairs perfectly with the flavors. In addition, you can serve it with a side of refried beans, a fresh green salad, or even chips and salsa to round out the meal. As a result, dinner comes together in no time and still tastes delicious, making it a simple and yummy option the whole family will enjoy.

Taco Bites prep ahead of time:

These taco bites are easy to prep ahead of time, which makes them perfect for busy nights or entertaining. First, you can cook the meat in advance and keep it in the fridge until you’re ready to assemble. Then, the day before serving, bake the wonton cups and store them in an airtight container. Finally, when it’s time to eat, all you have to do is fill and serve making this recipe both convenient and delicious.
