Cheeseburger Biscuits

Quick and easy meal your family will love! Put a twist to traditional cheeseburgers.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 can 8 count Pillsbury biscuits
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese any of your choice
  • Seasoning to taste I used Kinders Salt, Pepper and Garlic

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 °F and and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  • Seperate the biscuits in half and line the bottom halves in your baking dish. Set the tops aside for later. Bake for 5 minutes to give them a cooking so you can avoid them from being soggy later on.
  • While those bottoms are cooking brown up your onion. Once they are cooked to your liking add your meat into the pan. Chop and cook thoroughly. Drain any grease
  • Add your seasoning to the meat mixture
  • Pull the biscuits from the oven and evenly spread your meat mixture over top.top. Sprinkle the cheese on the meat. Top with the other half of your biscuits.
  • Place back into the oven for 20 minutes or until your biscuits are golden brown.
  • Serve with your favorite cheeseburger toppings.
