Crispy Pizza Chips

These Crispy Pizza Chips are an easy game day favorite made with simple pantry staples. Each chip is baked to crunchy perfection and loaded with cheesy, pepperoni pizza flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Tortillas
  • ½ cup Pizza Sauce
  • ½ cup Cheese
  • ½ cup Pepperoni

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 °F
  • Slice the tortillas into triangles
  • Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange tortilla pieces in a single layer.
  • Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each chip.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and add toppings to each chip.
  • Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the edges are golden brown. You will want to keep an eye on these they burn quickly.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Enjoy!

Notes

Mediterranean: replace pizza sauce with hummus and top with feta cheese, olives and sun dried tomatoes. This is one I make for myself often.
Tex Mex: Swaps pizza sauce with salsa and top with cheese, beans and corn. Dip in sour cream.
