Easy Italian Grinder Slider Recipe

These Easy Italian Grinder Sliders are a quick, flavorful meal that's perfect for busy weeknights, game days, or meals on the go. Made with soft sweet rolls, layers of deli meats, provolone cheese, and a creamy Italian grinder salad, they're simple to make and packed with delicious Italian flavor. Serve them baked or cold with your favorite chips or pasta salad for an easy family-approved dinner everyone will love.

Ingredients
  

Grinder Salad Topping:

  • 8 oz Shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup Diced Tomato
  • ½ cup Sliced Pepperoncini Peppers
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • ½ tsp Garlic salt

For Sliders:

  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls
  • 8 oz Ham Thinly Sliced
  • 4 oz Provolone Cheese Sliced
  • 3 oz Pepperoni Thinly Sliced
  • 3 oz Salami Thinly Sliced

Glaze for Hot Sliders

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan Grated
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt

Instructions
 

For Cold Sliders:

  • Prepare the Grinder salad by whisking together the Mayonnaise,red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to make a dressing. Toss the lettuce, tomatoes, and pepperoncini peppers together with the dressing.
  • Cut the Hawaiian rolls horizontally.
  • Layer the Provolone cheese on the bread. Then add the ham, pepperoni, and Salami on top.
  • Place the tops back on the rolls and cut through the sandwiches between each roll.
  • Add your Grinder salad topping to your sandwich and enjoy!

For Warm Sliders:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
  • Prepare the Grinder salad by whisking together the Mayonnaise,red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to make a dressing. Toss the lettuce, tomatoes, and pepperoncini peppers together with the dressing.
  • Cut the Hawaiian rolls horizontally. Place into a baking dish.
  • Layer the Provolone cheese on the bread. Then add the ham, pepperoni, and Salami on top.
  • Place the tops back on the rolls and cut through the sandwiches between each roll.
  • Combine the butter,parmesan, garlic powder, and salt. Spread over the tops of the slider sandwiches. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  • Once the sandwiches are done remove the tops, add the Grinder salad and place tops back on. Serve immediately.
