Old Chicago's Italian Nachos Copycat

- 1 Wonton Wrappers package
- vegetable oil for frying
Nacho Toppings
- 1 lb. Ground Italian Sausage
- 1 Pepperoni package
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella
- Pepperonicini or Banana Peppers optional for topping
- 1 jar Marinara sauce
Cook Italian Sausage over medium-high heat. When done drain and set aside.
Cut wonton wrapper in half (diagonally to make a triangle)
In another pan heat oil over medium high heat. Once hot, work in batches, add wontons into the pan. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side. Remove when golden brown. Place on a paper towel to absorb the oil.
Preheat oven to 375
On a baking sheet, place a layer of your wonton chips, cheese, peppers and sausage/pepperoni top with more cheese.
Bake for 5 min or until melted.
Serve with marinara for dipping.
