Cheesy Beef Enchilada Tortellini

- 1 tbspo 9oz. Cheese Tortellini
- 1 lb. Ground beeg
- 1 Onion (small) Chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 Taco Seasoning Packet
- 10 oz Can Enchilada Sauce Red or Green
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium heat, breaking apart while cooking. Drain excess fat.
Add onion and garlic to beef. CooCook 2-3 minutes until onion softens.
Add in Taco Seasoning. Cook 1 minute to let seasoning cook into the meat.
Add enchilada sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Add cooked tortellini and toss to coat.
Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Cover and cook on low fofor 2-3 minutes until melted.
Removed from heat, garnish with sour cream and cilantro. Serve hot.
