- 1.5 lbs Chicken Breast
- 4 Celery ribs Chopped (2 cups)
- 43- Carrot Sticks Chopped (2 cups)
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 2 tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 32 oz Chicken Stock
- 20 Cheese Tortellini Refrigerated style
Place chicken breasts on the bottom of the slow cooker, then chopped vegetables, seasonings, salt, garlic, and ground pepper.
Pour stock and water and cook on low for 4 hours.
Carefully shred chicken with 2 forks in or out of the slow cooker.
Add the tortellini. Cook on HIGH or 30 more minutes.
Serve with fresh parsley.
