Now that hockey season is over our meal plan schedule is changing. My kids requested that we keep breakfast nights and taco Tuesday nights so we did. You will see we don’t have crockpot Fridays anymore. But we still have a couple crockpot meals because they are easy meals. As I was making this meal plan I was going for easy meals that the whole family would love and would easily be able to substitute things for my picky eaters.
Ham and cheese croissant bake
This recipe will be yummy to use left over Easter dinner ham. Not having ham? No worries the ham steaks or even sandwich meat will be perfect.
Bread bowl spaghetti
What a fun twist on a classic meal. This one has been on our list to try for a while so I’m excited to finally give it a try.
Loaded Cheeseburger bites
This recipe looks yummy. Everyone in the family can add what they want into their burger bite. I have found this helps my picky 8 year old eat more of her dinner.

If you have been following along with our meal plans for the last couple of months you will notice some repeats of our favorite meals. With spring coming this meal plan brings some of those springtime flavors to the table.
